Abstract:Inodrtveatesofrtillaiotialraitsuttealoceekdbly mechanismincollmbolan.EntomobyaproximaFlsomasanabundantsoil-dwelingspeciesinNorthhinaasselectedinthestudy. Dietaryexposureasemploedtosimulatesenariosoffertilizerapplication.Microscopicobservation,qPCR,andigtoughput sequencing technologywereutilizedtoassesschangesinfunctionaltraitsandgutmicrobiotaofEntomobryaproximaunderfertlier application.Byintegaingultivaatestatisialmetds,ourcepattsandomnitysseblyehaimofgutbactea wereanalyzd.Theesultsshowedthatfertlizerapplicationsignificantlyinfluencedfunctioaltraitsandgutbacterialabundacein Entomobryaproim.Tegutbacterialommuityouldsisttestressoforganicfertlizerbyincreasingthecomplexityofetwokand reducethedisturbanceofiorganicfertlirtoteolenetworkbyincreasingteodularity.Teresasignificantnegatieoeaion betweenthfunctionaltraitsofEntomobraproximaandtheelativeabundanechangesofdellvibriootaand Myxooccotaintheirgut bacterialcommunityRandomprocsesplayedapredominantroleinshapinggutbacterialcommunityinEntomobryaproxima.The applicatioofrtilizerresultedinaductioofterogeeusseleti’sole,icreasedteimporanceofdiftTeniceidthofthe gubacteralortOrt hadadversefectsouctioaltraitsiEntomobproi,aledutacterialaundaoocurceetworktd communityasemblyansInomprisontoranicfertilieganicfertlreedlssmpactoeEntomoboi. This suggests thatorganic fertilizer is more conducive to agricultural sustainabilityand biodiversity conservation.
