Abstract:Toexplorethefectsofonstructionwastedmpingontesoilbacterialcommunitysructureofagicuturallandissudy investigatedthenvironmetaldamageofatyicalagiculturallandcontaminatedbyonstructionwastedumpingintePearliverDelta regionfGuangdongProvince,China.The16SrRNAhig-throughputsequencingtechnologywasusedtostudytheefectsofcostruction wastedumpingonthebacterialcommunitystructureofagriculturallandsoil.TheresultsshowedthathenumberofOTUsinsoilsamples ofthecontaminatedareaassignificantlylowertantatoftheonontaminatedareaindicatingadecreaseinsoilbacterialdivesity combinedwithanincreaseincontaminationintensityConstructionwastedumpinghasresultedincompositecontaminationbyheavy metalsithesoilofagriculturalland.ThebacterialphylawithincreasedrelativeabundancewereseudomonadotaAcidobacteriota ChloroflexotaandThermodesulfobacteriota,whilethephylawithdecreasedrelativeabundancewereBacilotaandBacteroidota.Redundancyaalysndorelaonaalysisfoundsgnifantoelaostwentearactesticpoltionindicaossuhaead copperandzincndthedomiantbacterialgroupsinothtecontaminatedaeaandtenocotamnatdara.Inonusionthisstudy showedthat mcrobialcommunitystructureastepotentialtobeapldintheidentificationandasessentofenviroentaldaage, whichisofscientificsignficanefortheimprovementofthetechnicalsystemofenvironmentaldamageidentificationandsesmt.
