[ABSTRACT]Epilepsy is oneof the most common and serious neurological disease worldwide，and there has been anincreasingdemandforprecisedagnosisandtreatmentofepilepsyinlinicalpractice.Inrecentyears，artificialintellgencehasbecomein creasinglypopularinthemedcalfield.Studieshaveshownthatartificialitellgencecanprovideimportantasistanceinteprecise diagnosisandtreatmentofepilepsyandhasbroadapplicationprospects.Thisarticlereviewsthecurrntapplicationstatusofartificial intelligenceintheprecisediagnosisandtreatmentofepilepsyfromtheaspectsofneuroimaging，electroencephalogramdiagno sis，epilepticszureprediction，selectionofantiepilepticdrugs，andneuropsychologydisussesthefutureandchalengeofrtifi cial intelligence in the field of epilepsy，and proposes evidence-based recommendations.
