[ABSTRACT]Epilepsy is oneof the most common and serious neurological disease worldwide,and there has been anincreasingdemandforprecisedagnosisandtreatmentofepilepsyinlinicalpractice.Inrecentyears,artificialintellgencehasbecomein creasinglypopularinthemedcalfield.Studieshaveshownthatartificialitellgencecanprovideimportantasistanceinteprecise diagnosisandtreatmentofepilepsyandhasbroadapplicationprospects.Thisarticlereviewsthecurrntapplicationstatusofartificial intelligenceintheprecisediagnosisandtreatmentofepilepsyfromtheaspectsofneuroimaging,electroencephalogramdiagno sis,epilepticszureprediction,selectionofantiepilepticdrugs,andneuropsychologydisussesthefutureandchalengeofrtifi cial intelligence in the field of epilepsy,and proposes evidence-based recommendations.
