[ABSTRACT]Although thetreatmentof malignant tumors has enteredaneraofcomprehensivetherapy integrating chemo therapy,targetedtherapymmunotherap,andthermodalities,thereisstillasignificantgapfroindividualedprecisetreat ment.Thedevelopmentofinuiuoandinuitrodrugsensitivitytesting models haspromotedtheadvances infunctional precision medicine.Among these models,high-troughputmicrofluidicplatformsoferdistinctadvantagesforinitrodrugsensitivitytesting duetotheirfeaturesofhighthroughput,ighsensitivityighintegration,andminiaturization,therebyenablingprecisemanipulationof microlitervolumefluidflowandreactionsandsimulatingtheliquid microenvironmentof tumorgrowthThisarticlereviews therecentresearchadvancesintheaplicationofhigh-throughputmicrofluidicplatformsintheprecisediagnosisandtreatmentof tumors,in order to provide a reference for the individualized treatment of malignant tumors.
