Optimizationof Plastic Hot Air Riveting ProcessParameters Based onInteractive Orthogonal Test

Abstract:Aimat the undersirable situations occurring during the forming process of plastic hot-air riveting,with the purposeof improving thequalityof therivet head,thispaper explores theoptimal parametersetingsof hotair riveting process toimprove thequalityof rivet head.Bychanging the heating time,heating temperatureandcylinder pressureofthehotairrivetingequipment,theorthogonaltestofhotairrivetheadqualityconsidering theinteractionis performed.Themulti-indexevaluation process of plastichot air rivet headis established.TOPSIS method isused to sort outtheresultsof multiple evaluation indexesas theresponsevariables of orthogonal test,and theresultsof orthogonal testare analyzed byrange analysis and variance analysis.Theresultsshow thatthecomprehensive scoreof thequalityoftheplastichotairrivetheadisthehighest,whichisO.8357whenthe heatingtimeof thehotairriveting equipment is 3s,heating temperature is 190°C and cylinder pressure is 0.7MPa
