Abstract:Thisstudy takes4O A·h square-shaped ternary lithium-ion bateryas the research object to study their gasgeneration characteristicsafter thermalrunaway,anduses Accelerating Rate Calorimeter (ARC)and thermal runwaygasgeneration performancetestequipmentdedicatedfor large capacitylithium-ionbatteries todetermine parameters like intensityof pressure and temperatures inside theheat&gas generationunit after thermal runway.Gas productionprocessisintroduced based on thewidelyused thermal runawayheat generation model,providing data support for theestablishmentof batery thermal runwaysimulation model with composite gas generation characteristics.

1前言
当前,加速绝热量热仪(AcceleratedAdiabaticCalorimeter,ARC)广泛用于测试锂离子电池热失控过程中的自产热温度、热失控温度、最高温度等数据,测试数据导入锂离子电池的热失控仿真模型可用于模型标定和参数微调,以获得与实际测试更加接近的仿真结果。(剩余6810字)
