Research on NewLaser WeldingProcessand JointProperties ofDissimilar Galvanized Steel Sheets for Car Doors

Abstract:For the car door dissimilar galvanized steel,this paper explores in theconditions without the use of prefabricated protruding point,byadjusting the laser welding power,welding speed,welding pendulum amplitude,to developasinusoidal pendulum basednew laserwelding process,toachieve first-stage weldingof the disimilar galvanized steel shet.Meanwhile,the paper alsoexplores theruleof influenceof different process parameters on weld morphologyand mechanical propertiesof welded joints intheprocessofoscilating laser welding,toprovide theoretical basis and technical support for the development and application of new automotive laser welding process and cost optimization of production line scheme planning.

1前言

激光焊接工艺具有能量密度高、焊接速度快、焊接应力变形小、柔性好等优势1,因而广泛应用于乘用车白车身的焊接[2-3]

在传统的镀锌钢制车门激光焊接时,镀锌钢板焊接受热迅速汽化产生锌蒸气,仅通过一次激光焊接无法使锌蒸气完全逸出,这将导致焊缝处出现缩孔等缺陷[4-5]。(剩余5729字)
