Structural Design and Research of a Small Leaf Vegetable Harvester

Abstract:The fullmechanization of leaf vegetable planting can efectively improve production eficiency.Based on the local planting conditions of leaf vegetables in Jiuquan,this paper designs auniversal leaf vegetable harvesting machine suitable forfacility agriculture.The dimensions of the harvester are 12OO mm in length,66O mm in width, and 800 mm in height.The structure of the harvester consists of a frame,walking mechanism,cuting device,cutting drive mechanism,conveying mechanism,conveyor belt drive mechanism,and electrical control device.The cuting device uses areciprocating shovel. The conveying mechanism is composed of a conveyor belt anda conveyor belt drive mechanism.The conveyor belt consists of three stages in series:the first stage isan aligned pickup conveyor belt,the second stage is a parallel conveyor belt,and the third stage is a flipping conveyorbelt.The walking mechanism consists of two parts,with the front steering support wheels of the leaf vegetable harvester using a pair of universalwheels,which also serve acontour-following function,while therear part consists of supporting drive wheels.

为提高叶菜种植生产效率,推进叶菜种植全程机械化目标进程,解决叶菜种植收获环节机械化水平低的问题,本文以酒泉本地叶菜种植条件为基础,设计一款适用于设施农业种植叶菜的通用型叶菜收获机械。(剩余8524字)
