Experimental Study on Key Technologies of Intelligent Bamboo Splitting Equipment

Abstract:Procesing bamboo tube materials into bamboo strips of a certain length and width,and grading according to thickness are thefirst key process ofbamboo product processing-splitting bamboo.Thequalityof splitting bamboo greatly affects the effectiveutilizationrateof bambooand the processing difficultyand efficiencyof subsequent processes.Ensuring that the width of bamboo strips is consistent and automatically stackedaccording to thicknes is a keyindicatorof the performanceof bamboo breakers.Basedonthe statistical analysisof the characteristic parameters ofbamboo tube material,this project has experimentall studied and developed automatic measurement technologyand device ofbamboo tube size parameters,automaticcentering technology and device of bamboo tube,and intelligent clasification and stacking technologyand equipment according to bamboo strip thickness.On this basis,the design and trial productionof the intellgent bamboo breaker have been completed and put into production test.The test results show that the width control ofbamboo strips processd by the prototype meets the process requirements, theintelligent stacking system is efective,theutilizationrate and production efficiencyof bamboo havebeen significantly improved,one-click operation has been achieved,and the labor intensity has been significantly reduced.
