Research on Parameterized Programming of the Circumferential Hole of the Explosion-proof Motor Gear Pressing Plate

Abstract：There are alarge number of circular holes evenlydistributed on the toothed pressure plate of coal mine motors.Due to the material's stickiness and softness，there are great dificulties in programming，tool selection，and machining strategies.The application of macro-program-based parameterized programming，polar coordinates，and advanced metal cuting technologies has efectively solved such problems.Practice has proven that this method can not only improve processing efficiency，but also significantly accelerate programming speed.
