Exploration on Strategies of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Inheritance in Public Libraries under the Background of Digital Humanities

Abstract The deep integrationof digital technologywith intangiblecultural heritage （ICH）resourcesprovides opportunities for the protection and inheritance of ICH.This paper has investigatedthe the current status of digital protectionand inheritanceofICHin Hunan Librarybyfieldinvestigations，interviews，andonlineresearch.Thereare deficiencies in the followingaspects：thedevelopmentofICH-related organizational structures，database construction， propaganda and promotion，cros-sectorcollaboration for ICH，and the activationandutilizationof ICHresources. Optimization strategies have been proposed，such as strengthening theconstructionof ICHorganizational frameworks， improving ICHdatabase construction，innovating ICH promotion methods，fostering cross-sectorcooperation for ICH culturaltourism brands，andestablishingadigital ecosystem forICHrevitalizationandutilization.These strategies aimto promote thebetter protection，development，andutilizationofICHresources in Hunan Libraryandachieve hig-quality development of ICH protection and inheritance work.
