【AbstractAquaporin5（AQP5）isaspecificproteinthatcasignificantlyincrease thewaterpermeabilityofcellmembrane，participateinthprocssofwaterseetionandabsortion，aintainthebalanceofwatermoleulesisideandoutsidetecll，ndtraspt wateracross temembrane.ProgammedcelldeathPC）isoselyassociatedwiththedevelopmentandprogresioofSjogen'’ssyndrome（SS）.AQP5mayinflunce thedevelopmentandprogresionofSSbyreglatingthePCDmechanism.Thisarticlereviewsthemolecularmecasmsofatigosistosistodoosisoflsitasds the potentialinfluenceofAQP5onSS，inordertoprovideatheoreticalbasisfortheclinicalpreventionandtreatmentof SS.
