T2DMpatients withOSAhaveahigheriskofdevelopingmacrovascularandmicrovascularcomplications，hichseverelyimpairs their qualityf ife，ndarlyidentificationofTDMpatientswithOSAcanimprovetheirprognosis.Tisarticlesummarzesthelateste searchadvancesinthepathogenesisiomarkersandtreatmentmeasuresofTDMwithOSA，inodertoprovideinsightsforthe screening，diagnosis，and treatment of T2DM with OSA.
