Abstract：Organophosphorus pesticide（OP）is one the most widelyused pesticides in the world with the largest dosage.Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning （AOPP） isacommon clinical disease，and AOPP accounts for 20% -50% poisoning cases in every year，with case fatality rate 3%-40% .Bromophos （BDF） is a long-acting anticoagulantrodenticide，which inhibitsvitaminKepoxidereductaseandinterfereswiththesynthesisoagulationfactors Ⅱ， M ，IX andX，leading to coagulation dysfunction.This article discusses the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment （MDT）processapatient withcombined poisoning dichlorvos andbromadiolone.Thearticleexplores blood purification， management coagulationabnormalities，secondary infection，atropinizationandaltered consciousnes in patientswith organophosphorus poisoning and anticoagulant rodenticide compound poisoning，with the aim providing clinicians with references for early diagnosis and treatment.
