Abstract：Asacrucial newcategoryof strategicassets，dataasstsplayapivotalroleinstrengthening enterprise resilience.Thisstudy employspanel datafrom ChineseA-share listed companies from2O11to2O23 toempirically examinethe impact of corporate dataassetsonenterpriseresilienceand to exploretheunderlying mechanisms.The findings demonstrate thatdataassets significantlyenhance enterpriseresilience.Mechanism testreveals thatdata aets enhancetotalfactorproductivitystimulatetechnological innovation，alleviatefinancingconstraints，andimprovehuman capital，therebystrengthening enterpriseresilience.Heterogeneityanalysisshows thatthe positive efectofdataassetson resilienceismorepronouncedinhighlydigitalizedfirms，state-owned enterprises，manufacturing companies，and organizations located in regions with more advanced digital economies.
