Abstract：Drawing on data from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies spanning 2O10 to 2O23，this paper empirically investigates the influence of entrepreneurshipon thedevelopmentof new qualityproductiveforces.The findingsrevealthatentrepreneurshipsignificantlyadvances thedevelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforces，aresultthat remains robust after addressing endogeneityand conducting robustnesschecks.Mechanism analysis demonstrates that entrepreneurship drives this developmentbyenhancing corporate innovationperformance，lowering financing costs，and strengthening talent efects.Moreover，digital transformationmarkedlyamplifies thepositive impactofentrepreneurship onthedevelopmentof newqualityproductive forces.Heterogeneityanalysis further indicates thatthis positiveeffect is especially pronounced inservice enterprises，small-scale private enterprises，and firms in the recessionstage.
