Abstract：Drawing on dynamic capability theory，this paper investigateshow technological transformationshapes and stimulates entrepreneurial spirit.Utilizing data fromChineseA-share manufacturing enterprises from 2O16to 2023，this studyadopts thepilotzonepolicyforinnovativeapplicationsof artificial inteligenceasaquasi-natural experiment.A multi-perioddifference-in-differencesapproachisemployedtoassess theincentivizing effectsof technologicalchange onentrepreneurship.Multiplerobustnesschecksconfirmthereliabilityofthe findings.Mechanismanalysis demonstrates that the policysignificantlypromotes entrepreneurialcontractualspirit，risk-taking，and innovation through threechannels： reducing transactioncosts，enhancing absorptivecapacityand strengthening artificial inteligencecapabilities.Heterogeneityanalysisindicatesthathigh-techenterprises，state-ownedenterprises，andtechnology-intensivefirmsbenefit morefrom technological innovation.Thisresearch provides valuable insights for optimizing government policy，guiding corporatestrategic transformation，andfostering multi-partycolaboration toachievehigh-qualityeconomicdevelopment.
