How Does the Launch ofGovernment Data Platforms Facilitate Nationwide Market Integration？ A Dual Perspective Based on New Quality Productivity Forces and the Business Environment

Abstract：Guided bythe principles ofa "proactive government"andan "efficient market"，this essy examines the impactof the launch of government dataplatformsonnationwide market integration，providing criticalinsights forprecise policy formulationand the establishmentof adual circulation patern.The essay analyzes data from 244 cities spanning the periodfrom2Oo9 toO22，employing thelaunchof governmentdataplatformsasaquasi-natural experimenttonvestigate their impacton facilitating marketintegration.Research findings： firstly，the launch of governmentdata platforms hassignificantlyadvancednationwidemarketintegration;Secondlymarketintegrationisfacilitatedthrough interalpathways by fostering newquality productivityforces，and through external pathways，byoptimizing the market-orientedbusiness environment.Lastly，the promotionof government dataplatforms is particularly pronounced inregions suchas the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiarea，theYangtzeRiverDelta，andtheCentralPlains citycluster，andisfurtheramplified incontextsmarkedbyadvanced technological infrastructure，minimal governmental intervention，andthepresenceof established data trading platforms.Theresearch findings oferboth atheoretical foundation and empirical evidenceto support the development of digital government.
