【Abstract】Objective To analyse the effct of all-ceramic crown restoration root canal assisted endodontic therapyon the plaque index and periodontal probingdepth of patients with fissured teeth with pulpitis.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinicaldataof75 patients withsclerosis with pulpitis inthe ThirdPeople'sHospital of Henan Province from January 2023 to March 2O24，in which 39 patients who received porcelain crown restorationassisted endodontic therapy were included in thecontrol group，and36patients whocarriedoutall-ceramic crown restoration-assisted endodontic therapy were included inthe study group，comparing theperiodontal functions of the 2 groups [including periodontal pocket depth （PD），gingival sulcus bleeding index （BI），gingival index（GI）and plaque index（PLI）]，eficacyand restorationsatisfaction.ResultsComparison of the periodontal function indexes before the start of root canal treatment in the2 groups showed no statistically significant difference （ P>0.05 ），andat the end of treatment in the study group，PD[（O.78±0.14）mm vs.（1.04±0.26）mm]，gin-gival sulcus BI（0.69±0.15 vs. 1.06±0.27），GI（0.97±0.16us.1.63±0.20）andPLI（.92±0.16 vs.1.30±0.21）were lowerthan thoseof thecontrol group，and the differenceswere statistically significant （ P <0.001）;the total effective rate [94.4% （34/36）] and satisfaction with repair[91.7% （33/36）of the study group were significantly higher than those ofthe control group， （20 76.9% （30/39） and 71.8 % （28/39），and the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. significance （ P<0.05 ） The complication rate of the study group （94.4 % ） was significantly lower than that of the control group （23.08 % ）， and the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.ConclusionAll-ceramic crown restoration root canal-assisted endodontic therapycansignificantlyimprove theperiodontal function，and thecomplicationrate isless，mprove the efficacy and restoration satisfaction.
