【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the diferential diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） enhanced scannng in hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangioma.MethodsA total of96 patientswith liver tumors were selected from October 2023 to October 2O24，andallof them underwentconventional MRI scaning as well as enhancement scanning to analyze the diferential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangioma.Results32 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 64 cases of hepatic hemangioma were detected by conventional MRI scanning.Enhanced scanning detected 39 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 57 casesof hepatic hemangioma.The sensitivity 97.37% ，accuracy 96.88% and negative prediction rate 98.25% of enhanced scanning were significantly higher than those of conventional MRI plain scanning 71.05% 、 83.33% 、 82.81%（ χϵ 9.896， 9.872，8.038; P =0.002， O.oO2， O.Oo5）. ConclusionMRI enhanced scanning is of high value in the difrential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangioma，which can efectively improve the sensitivityandaccuracyof diferential diagnosis，andis conduciveto the preventionof misdiagnosis andomissionof diagnosis，so as to provide efective references for clinical treatment，and is worth popularizing and applying.
