【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the multifactorial logistic regression of amiodarone's positive effects in patients with ventricular arrhythmia （VA）. MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted on 75 VA patients enrolled between January 2022 and February 2024.All patients received amiodarone therapy and were grouped into effectiveand ineffctive treatment groups based on 24-hour response.General characteristics and disease-related features were collcted for both groups.Factors influencing short-term treatment failure inVA patients were analyzed.Logisticregression identifiedsignificant variables todeterminerisk factors for treatmentfailure.Results Among the 75VA patients，21 （28.0% ）were in the poor-response group，while 54（72.0%）were in the good-response group.Significant diferences existed between the poor-response group and thegood-response group in terms of glycated hemoglobin （HbA⋅1c ）， serum potassium， creatine kinase MB isoenzyme （CK-MB），creation troponin I（cTnI）， left ventricular ejection fraction，and history of structural heart disease （ P <0.05）. Collinearity analysis of these variables revealed no issues.Logistic regression modeling identified HbA1c ，serumpotassium，CK-MB，cTnI，LVEF， and history of structural heart disease as factors associated with poor short-term treatment response.Conclusion Patients with VA demonstrate favorable short-term outcomes with amiodarone therapy.Among these， HbAlc ，serum potassium，CK-MB，cTnI，LVEF，and historyof structural heart diseaseare factorsinfluencing the short-term therapeuticefficacyof amiodarone，warrantinghighclinical attention.
