Abstract:Toadvance the research andapplicationcore sensing units in intellgent wearable devices—flexible humidity sensors,this study focuses on analyzing the design strategies various flexible materials,such as polymerbased materials,paper-basedmaterials,textile-basedmaterials,and yarn-based materials.Italso explores how manufacturing techniques like wet spinning,impregnation,spraying,inkjet printing,printing,folding,sewing, embroidery,and weaving can enhance the sensitivityand response speed sensors.Additionally,the study systematically reviews the application progress flexible humiditysensors inareas such as respiration monitoring, sweat monitoring,wound monitoring,and motion monitoring.It highlights that future research should concentrate on the integration multifunctional heterogeneity,the fusion self-powered technology,and theoptimization biocompatibility.Moreover,itemphasizes theneed tocombineartificial intellgence algorithms toachievedatadriven intelligent perception,thereby promoting the in-depth application flexible humiditysensors in personalized medical care and intelligent sports equipment.
