Abstract： The tea industry，asa pilar industryofEnshi prefecture，playsa pivotalroleinadvancing theruralrevitalization strategy throughout theentire prefecture.The high-qualitydevelopment of the tea industry notonlyshows the unique resource advantages of Enshi，but also drives the process of agricultural and rural modernization.This study，grounded inthe practical developmentofEnshi's tea industry，systematicallyevaluated its locational characteristics and resource endowments，conducted an in-depth and comprehensive analysis on the current status of the industry. It accurately identified problems such as extensive management，backward equipment， talent shortage， low market awarenessand diffcult marketing that constrain the high-quality development of the industry.It also put forward targeted development strategies such as cultivating new business forms，improving production quality， building brands，providing talent support and marketing innovation.These strategies provided decision-making references for the characteristic economic development of tea in Enshi prefecture.
