Abstract: During the14th Five-Year Plan period, China hasachievedsignificant results inupgrading theextraction technology of tea functional components and developing high value-added products.This article reviewed the research progressof green and eficient extraction technology,explained the new discoveries and mechanisms of tea functional components,and analyzed the development status and innovation trends offunctional end products.Finally,the future development direction was discussed and countermeasures were proposed to provide decision-making references for promoting technological innovation and industrial development inthe field of tea deep processing in China.
