Abstract:During the14th Five-YearPlan period,significant progress has been made intheresearchonnutrient management of tea plants.In the field of nutritional biology, genes encoding nutrient transporters such as nitrogen, phosphorus,magnesium,zinc and fluorine have been cloned,revealing the mechanisms of nutrient absorption and homeostasis regulation.The pathway centered on CsAlaDC-CsTSI for theanine,along with its physiological and ecological functions were clarified.The regulatory efects ofnutrients such as nitrogen,phosphorus,potassum and magnesiumon quality components were elucidated. In terms of soil microorganisms,the characteristics of microbial communities in tea gardens were explored,and multifunctional growth-promoting bacteria such as Bacilus and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have been identified and obtained,revealing the mechanisms by which organic fertilizer and biochar improve soil qualityand enhance microbial diversity.In terms of management techniques,arapid nutrient diagnosis and total quantity quota technology based on spectroscopy was established,and models for reducingchemical fertilizerapplicationand enhancing eficiency such as organic substitution,specialized fertilizers,and newtypes offertilizers were constructed.These models comprehensively improve yield,qualityand nutrient efficiencywhile reducing environmental risks.For the 15th Five-Year Plan period,research on nutrient efficiency mechanisms should be deepened,and theutilizationofrhizosphere functional microorganisms shouldbe explored to promote inteligent precision fertilizationand healthysoil cultivation,therebysupporting the greenand high quality development of the tea industry.
