Abstract：Thenewqualityproductiveforces，asanentirelynewconcept，pointsoutanewdirectionforthehighqualitydevelopent of tobaccoagriculture moderization.Iiscrucial toexplorethedimensions ofnewqualityproductiveforces intobacoagriculture. Thisarticlediscuestheessence，maincharacteristicsanddevelopmentalsignificanceofnewqualityproductiveforcesintobacco agriculture，andanalyzesitsbasiccomponentsandtargetpositioning.Onthisbasis，thearticleproposestheupgradingand leapfrogging developmentof workers，workingtolsand workingobjectsintobaccoagriculture toimprovethetotalfactor productivityintesctor.Itlsopropsestheconstructionofamodetobaccagculturalindustrysystem，productionystemand business system withnewqualtyproductiveforces toimprovethecompetitivenessof theindustry.Furthermore，itadvocates the creationofadgitaizedmhaned，gredndustomized"fourinone"coaborativenualityproductiefcesoa agriculture to promote the high-quality development of the tobacco leaf industry.
