Effects of High-risk Herbicides on Bacterial Community Structure in Tobacco Field Soils with Different Textures

Abstract: Afield experiment wasconductedon two typesof tobacco plantingsoils (sandyloamandclayloam)inBijie,Guizhou, aiming toexploretheeffectsofthreehigh-riskherbicides inprecedingcrops (atrazie,quincloracandnicosulfuron)onthestucture ofsoilbacterialmicrobialcommunities,therebyprovidingscientificbasisforherbicidesaplicationandsoilmicroenvironment conservationintobaccograinrotationfields.Teresultsshowedthataftertheapplicationofthreeherbicidesatconventioaldoses, thebacterialountsinbothtypesofsoilswasibitedandtebacterialcommuitiesinsoilswithdiferenttexturesspoded diferentlytoerbicidersdues.Amongthem,themostevidentibiionouedineatrazinetreatmentofsandyoamndthe nicosulfurontreatmentoflayoamespectively.Inbothtypesofsoiltextures,Actinobacteriawastheominantphylm,but diferentherbicideshadvaryingefectsontherelativeabundanceofbacteriaatthephylumlevel.Athegenuslevelquincoracand atrazinetreatments hadthe greatestefectsontherelativeabundanceofeach genusinsandyandlaysoils,respectively.Meanwhile, herbicidetreatmtdsteactioitlureicatlyuecdlctelmitittle hasasignificant influenceonlyontheChaolindex.Amongthem,insandyloamthenicosulfurontreatment exhibitedthehighest Chaolindex,whilethequincloractreatment exhibitedthe lowest.Inclayloam,onlythenicosulfuron treatmentresulted ina significantlylowerChaolindexcomparedtoother treatments.Inclayloam,thenicosulfurontreatment waslowerthanthatoftheothertreatments.Forthesuitableselectionandapplicatiooferbicidesintobacograinntegratedareasitisadvisabletotaketo consideration the differences of soil texture and their effects on soil micro-ecological responses.
