Effects of Tobacco-Wheat (Sweet Potato) Strip Rotation on Occurrence of Tobacco Fusarium Root Rot

Abstract:Toinvestigatetheeffectoftobaccowheat (sweetpotato)stripotationontheoccurrenceoftobaccoFusariumroototand thesoilmicrobialcomitysuctrestwotratmentserestabshed,i.otiuosopingofobaco(SCdtoac wheat (swetpotato)stripotation(C),andtefeldincidenceofFusarumroototwassuveedThtructureandomositoof therhizospheresoilmicrobialcommunityintobaccowereanalyzed,alongwiththemicrobialinteractios.Spearmacoelation analysiswas usedtoassesstherelationship betweensoil microbialcommunity parametersanddisease index.Thustheeffectsof diferent cropping paters ontheoureneoftobacoFusariumrootot wereclarifiedMainresultsareasfollows.(l)Tobaco wheat (sweepotato)striprotationsignificantlyreducedthediseaseindex(D)ofrootrotincontinuouscroppedflue-curedtobacco (20 (44.2% lowerthan that of continuouscropping).(2)Striprotationsignificantly altered thecompositionand structureof the rhizosphere microbialcommunityin flue-cured tobacco.Compared with continuous cropping,therelative abundance ofFusarium spp. reduced by 49.5% .(3)Compared with continuous cropping,the microbial co-occurrence network in the rhizosphere soil under rotation exhibited greater stability,with the modularity index increasing by 4.53% .(4)The disease index (DI) of root rot was significantlyandpositivelycoelatedwithterelativeabundanceofFusariumsp.thebacterialandfungalommunitystructures, andmicrobialcooccurrencenetwork diameter,respectively,whilesignificantlynegativelycoelatedwithfungalommunity richness,evenness,andnetworkmodularityindex,respectively.Inconclusion,tobacc-wheat(sweetpotato)striprotation significantlyenhanesthestabilityof theizospheresoilmcrobial network,reduces threlativeabundanceofFusarumsp.,and suppresses the occurrence of Fusarium root rot.
