Abstract： This study comprehensively examines the current developmental status and key challenges facing Kashgar's almond industry，proposing integrated strategies encompassing the introduction and cultivation of improved varieties，optimization of planting models，standardization of cultivation practices，orchard renewal and rejuvenation initiatives， enhanced disaster prevention systems，advancement of deep processing technologies，and strategic brand development with marketexpansion efforts.These recommendationsaim to establish actionable pathways for the sustainable and high-quality growth of Xinjiang's almond industry while maintaining ecological and economic viability.
