Research progress on the influence of fruit tree rootstocks on the chilling requirement of scions

Abstract：This paper reviewed the current research statusat homeand abroad regarding the influence of fruit tree rootstocks on the chiling requirement of scions.It elaborated on the concept of chillingrequirement and its importance in the growth and development of fruit trees，analyzed how diferent types of fruit tree rootstocks affect the satisfaction of the chilling requirement of scions through physiological and biochemical mechanisms，and explored the development trends in this research field，thus providing references for further in-depth research and fruit tree cultivation practices.
