AbstractObjective:To explore theapplication effectofthePBLandCBLhybrid modelinoncologyclinicalteaching and provideempirical evidenceforthequalityofoncologytalent cultivation.Methods:Atotalof132undergraduate students majoringinclinicaloncology fromamedicaluniversityin2O21wererandomlydividedintoanexperimental group (PBL + CBL hybrid model) andacontrol group(traditionalLBL model),each with 66 students.The experimental group adoptedathree-stage teaching methodof problem introduction,case deepening,and integrationimprovement, whilethecontrolgroupusedtraditionallecture-based teaching.Thestudents wereassessedin terms ofcognitiveability, practicalability,and comprehensivequality.Results:Theexperimental group significantlyoutperformed thecontrol group in case analysis,total OSCE score,multidisciplinary collaborationability,literature retrieval quality,and innovative thinkingability.Conclusion:ThePBLandCBLhybrid modelcanefectively enhance students'clinical thinking,practical skills,and comprehensive quality.

肿瘤学作为临床医学的二级学科,传统LBL教学模式虽有系统性优势,但在培养临床决策、批判性思维和团队协作方面存在不足。(剩余4887字)
