AbstractThisstudy，basedon the needs for innovation and reform in modern vocational education，explores the construction ofa new talent cultivation model for the Traditional Chinese Medicine major in vocational colleges. By systematically integrating jobrequirements，curriculum systems，skills competitions，and professional certification，a multidimensionaland integrated talentcultivationmechanism is formed.The studyshows thatthis modeleffectively promotes the deep integration of professional knowledge transmission and practical ability cultivation，and achieves the organicunityoftraditional Chinesemedicineculture inheritanceandmodernpharmaceutical technology innovation. By establishingacomprehensive talentcultivationsupport system，it provides strong talentsupport for the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
