TRIZ理论在桥梁健康状态快速诊断中的应用

摘 要:针对桥梁表观检测过程中人工成本大、耗时长、效率低等问题,研究一种新的检测诊断方法,以突破传统检测效率问题。为了解决该技术难题,项目组成员在TRIZ理论的指导下,利用TRIZ发明原理和创新工具,针对桥梁健康状态快速诊断问题,提出了桥梁结构健康监测自动化解决方案,为项目成员提供了新的突破方向。

Abstract:The main focus of this paper is on the high labor cost, long time consumption, and low efficiency of bridge surface inspection. A new detection and diagnosis method is studied to break through the traditional detection efficiency problem. In order to solve this technical problem, project team members use TRIZ's invention principle, under the guidance of TRIZ theory, follow the steps of TRIZ theory, and use TRIZ's innovative tools, Aiming at the problem of rapid diagnosis of bridge health status, an automated solution for Structural health monitoring of bridges has been generated, which has brought a new breakthrough direction for project members.
