中间轴组件激光清洗及超声波清洗技术研究

Abstract: In this paper,the laserand ultrasoniccleaning methods of the intermediate shaftassemblyare taken as the research object,and the dimensional changes of the intermediate shaft assembly after laser cleaning are analyzed. The key contents of the assembly after cleaning with both methods,such as hot-fitting pressure-displacement curve,weld surface quality,welding quality and static-torsional experiment,arecompared and analyzed,and the technological performance and machiningqualityof the intermediate shaft assembly are verified.The results show that the lasercleaning has no influence onthe part size,the dimensions before and after cleaning areconsistent,and the pressure during hot-fiting process willnot fluctuate greatly,and the cleaning efect is remarkable.Thereare no cracks,holesandother defectsonthe weld surface of the two cleaning methods.Themicrostructure of the weld area cleaned by laser is fineand evenlydistributed,and no common welding defects are produced.Theweldareacleaned by ultrasonic willproduce welding defects such as blowholes.The failure torque and peak torque of laser-cleaned components are 15.62kN⋅m and 17.68kN.m ,respectively.The results show that the shaft isbroken at the T -plane gap, which meets the requirements ofstatic torsion test. Compared with ultrasonic cleaning,higher failure torque and peak torque can be obtained.The purpose ofthis study is to beter guide the workshop production and improve the production efficiency.
