Abstract:TopromotethedevelopmentandutilizationofPoriacocosstrain578,optimizethegrowthenvironmentconditions,nd improvethtalitytisticestematicallyvesigatedteectsoviotalactosicuingtmperaureabo sources, nitrogen sources,and substrate formulations on the mycelial growth of P. cocos5·78.The results showed that P. cocoswasan eosinphilic edible and medicinal fungus,and the suitable temperature and pHvalue for the mycelial growth of P. cocos5-78 were 25°C and4,respectively.Solublestarchoutperfomedthercabonsourcesinpromotingmycelialgowth,whileyeastpowderwasentifed asthe mostsuitable nitrogen source.Themycelium didnotgrow intheculture medium with ureaasthe nitrogensource.Theoptimal substrate formulation for original seed production was composed of 60% pine sawdust, 20% wheat bran, 17.5% corn flour, 0.5% urea, 1% gypsum powder, 0.5% calcium superphosphate, and 0.5% sucrose. The optimal substrate formulation for cultivation seed production consisted of 65% pine sawdust, 10% wheat grain, 20% wheat bran, 2.5% corn flour, 1% gypsum powder, 1% sucrose, 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and 0.3% magnesium sulfate. Increasing the amounts of pine sawdust and corn flour in moderation is beneficial for mycelial growth and improves the strain quality.
