Effects of Added Application of Organic Fertilizer on Growth Dynamics， Yield and Qualityof Codonopsispilosula

Abstract：Toclarifythequalityimprovementandeficiencyenhancement efects oforganic fertilizers on Codonopsis pilosula， astudywasconductedtoinvestigatethefectofdiferentorgaicfertlizersfromvarioussoursombinedwithC.pilosuspecific fertilizers on the growth and development，yield，qualityand economic benefits of C .pilosula production. Results showed that，on the basisofapplying1 O5Okg/ha of C pilosula-specific fertilizer，theapplicationof12OO kg/haof different organic fertilizerssuchas cowmanure，chickenmanure，sheepmanure，increasedtheyieldby245.8 to443.9kg/haandtheincomeby303.8 to2482.9Yuan/ ha，amongwhichtheapplicationofshpmanureorganicfertilizerhadthebestefectonincreasingyieldandincome.When120 to2400kg/aofspmanureorganicfertilizerasapplied，ithadsigificantectsonthgrowth，ield，qualityandcoeof c pilosula production. The fresh weight of C .pilosula roots increasedby1.4 to1.6 g，the root length and diameter increased by 5.1 to 6.0cmand0.3to0.4mmrespectively，theyieldinceasedby443.9to764.4kg/a，thenetincomeincreasedby482.9to3608.4 Yuan/ha，and the content of C .pilosula extract increased by 2.92% to 4.52% ，while the moisture and ash content decreased by 24.79% to 33.06% and 8.70% to 10.87% ，respectively. In conclusion， it is recommended to apply1 O5O kg/ha of stable C .pilosulaspecific fertilizer and 1 20O to 2 40o kg/ha of sheep manure organic fertilizer in the C .pilosulaplanting，which can effectively increase the yield and economic benefits of C pilosula and ensure its quality.
