Analysisand Evaluationon theComparative Advantagesof Huining Tartary Buckwheat

Abstract:Huining County,knownas'the Hometownof CoarseGrains in China',hasanannual tartary buckwheat planting area of approximately 0.33×104 ha,making itone of the region's characteristic advantageous industries.By conducting a comparative advantageanalysisof'HuiningTartaryBuckwheat',thisstudyprovides technicalsupportforisgreenandhighqualityevelopent. Takingrenowned taitarybuckwheatproductsfrominsideandoutsidetheprovinceasreferencematerials,theevaluationwas performedfrom5aspectssuchasoriginenvironment,productionprocess,qualitysafetynutritionqualityandthecelation betweenoriginenvironmentandnutionqualityusingcombinedquantitativetestingandqualitativeasessment.Resultsidicate thattheoriginenvironmentof Huining tartarybuckwheatissuitable,theproductionprocesscomplieswiththetechnical specificationsforgreenfodproduction,andtheproductqualitymeetsgreenfoodcertficationrequirements.Moreover,Huining tartarybuckwheatisichnachmiocidoleiccidndioleiccid,ndcotaishghlevelsofnralemth manganeseandcopper.Thecorelationanalysisbetweenoriginenvironmentandnutritionqualityexplainsthereasonsforthehigh crudestarchandoleicacidcontent.Inconclusion,HuiningCoutyisaighquaityproducingareafortartarybuckheatandthe product 'Huining Tartary Buck wheat' possesses distinctive functional and quality advantages.

会宁县位于甘肃省中部的白银市南端,地处北纬 35∘24′~36∘26′ 、东经 104° 29′~105° 31′ 属温带季风气候带的西北边缘部,地介亚热带、暖温带、中温带、青藏高原4个气候区和半湿润、半干旱、干旱3个干湿区的交汇区,气候温凉干燥、南北差异大,年内四季分明,降水量 330~ 480mm ,光照充足,年日照时数 2100h 以上,昼夜温差大, ⩾10C 年积温 2840~2970∘C ,无霜期较短,土质良好,土层深厚,弱碱性黄土,属于典型的黄土高原丘陵沟壑地貌[1],群山连绵、沟壑纵横,山地、坡耕地占耕地面积的 70% 以上。(剩余8332字)
