Breeding Report on the New Linseed Variety Longya 17

Abstract：Inorder toaccelerate the improvementand breding of new linseed varieties with high yield，diseaseresistance， highqualityandsuitabilityformechanization，usingtheself-developedlinseedtemperature-sensitivemalesterileline1Sasthe femaleparentandthedisease-resistantandhigh-yieldingline93o59asthemaleparent，anewlinseedvarietynamedLongya17 wasdevelopedbythetechnologiesofthetwo-linelinsedheterosisutilizationndtheonventionalpedigreeselectionmethod.Inthe nationallinsdvarietyjontregioalexperimentconductedinO17toO18，theaverageyieldofLongya17amongthe6testsites in 2a was 1469.63kg/ha ，whichwas 10.88% higher than the control variety Longya 1O.Longya 17 has excellent agronomic traits， resistance to wilt diseases， 395.0g/kg oil content，wideadaptabilityand mechanical harvesting performance.This variety issuitable for spring sowing insemi-aridandaridareassuchas Gansu，Ningxia，Xinjiang，Inner Mongolia，Hebei and Shanxi.
