Identification and Evaluation ofDrought Tolerance ofDifferent Ruderal Oat Varieties at Germination Stage

Abstract:Inorder to screen drought-resistant ruderal oat germplasmresources,1Oruderaloat varieties from Ulanqab region wereusedasmaterials,ndseedgerminationexperiment wasconductedbyusingPEG-6OOOsolutiotosimulatedroughtstres,ith sterilewaterasteontrol,andtelevantindicatorsduringthsedgerinationpriodwereeterminedandompsive evaluatioofdroughtresistanceascarriedoutbyfuzzymathematicalaffliationfunctionmethod.Resultssowedtatundersulated drought stress using 15% PEG-60OO solution,the root tips of Wuyou1,Landrace variety,and Baiyan 2 were longerand the decline ratewaslower;thecotyledonsofNakedOats,LandracevarietyandSmallNakedOatswerelongerandthedeclineratewaslower; thegerminationpotentialandgerminationratedeclineratesofLandracevarietyandNakedOatswereboth lessthan 30% .Under droughtstresstheplantfresh weightofWuyou1wasthehighestat48.71g/1Oplants,withthesmalestdecreaseinfreshweight (29.01% ),withLandracevariety came next (43.09 % ).The dryweight of Bayou9 wasthe highest at11.39g/1O plants,with the smallest decrease( 31.09% ,followedbytheLandrace variety (32.05%) .The comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance by the membership function method,fromstrongtoweak,wererankedasLandracevarietyWuyou1,NakedOats,Bayou1,mallNakedOts,Bian 2,Pin7,Menga2ou9,ou18.IncsionLandracevietyuyondkedOatsallsoedrongdouge underdroughtstressandwould provideimportant germplasmresouresforthelocaldrought-resistantbreedingofruderaloats.
