Abstract:Employing the case study method,this research takes Harbin as a typical case to analyze construction processand communication characteristics of media landscapes in the practice of local culturaltourism integration.The findingsreveal that in shaping itsmedia landscapes,Harbin primarilyachieves the following:It catalyzes the formation of apublic opinion landscape with multiple viral discusson points through the collaboration of diverse stakeholders;It excavates local characteristics to construct a situational landscape centered on the“Erbin” ice-snow cultural symbol; It builds a character landscape featuring a distinct regional media mage.Specificaly,the construction of Harbin's media landscapes exhibits three core characteristics: first, a“media + ”model that enables resonance between official and civilian sectors,as well as online and offline platforms (subject characteristic);second,the creation of personalized consumption labels to stimulate culturaltourism consumption demand (consumption characteristic);third,the fulfilment of tourists' desirefor sharingand social interaction to foster emotional identification (social characteristic).This study provides a reference for innovating the path of landscape mediatization in the practiceof in-depth local cultural tourism integration.
