新质生产力推动东北全面振兴的内在逻辑与实践路径

Abstract： There is a profound inherent logic between new quality productive forces and the comprehensive revitalizationof Northeast China.By adopting the literature analysis method，this study analyzes the current development status of new quality productive forces in Northeast China and explores the paths via which new quality productive forces drive the region's comprehensive revitalization.It is proposed that promoting the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China，should take the development of new quality productive forces as akey direction，deepen scientificandtechnological innovation intheregion，and foster new industriesand new drivers of growth; strengthen talentcultivationand introduction to enhance regional innovation capacity; optimize industrial layout and promote the coordinated developmentof industrial chains;and advance green development to achieve a win-win situation for both the economy and the environment. The research findings provide a reference for realizing the comprehensive revitalization ofNortheast China.
