Abstract：In view of the relationship between artificial inteligence （AI） and enterprises'supply chain risk perception capability，this study takes Chinese A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2023as research samples and adopts the empirical analysis method to examine the impact mechanismofAIon enterprises'supply chain risk perception capability.The findings indicate that： AI significantly enhances enterprises'capability to perceive supply chain risks;AI improves enterprises'supply chain risk perception capability by optimizing the quality of corporate information disclosure and enhancing enterprises' governance capability; Compared with enterprises in regions with low-level digital economy development，enterprises in non-high-tech industries，and enterprises with a low proportionof technical sta，the promoting effect ofAI on supply chain risk perception capability is more prominent for enterprises in regions with high-level digital economy development，enterprises in high-tech industries，and enterprises witha high proportionoftechnical staff;The improvement of enterprises'supplychain risk perception capability driven byAI further enhances corporate investment efficiency，which isconducive to promoting high-quality corporate development.This study provides theoretical support and empirical evidence for enterprises to improve their supply chain risk management level.
