TOE框架下辽宁省高校科技成果转化效率前因组态研究

Abstract:Aimingat the issue of scientific and technological achievements transformation efficiency in collges and universities of Liaoning province,this study takes 25 public undergraduate institutions in Liaoning as the research objects.Based on the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework and by employing the fuzzy-setqualitative comparativeanalysis (fsQCA) method,it explores the influence paths ofmulti-dimensional factors on the transformation eficiency of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning's colleges and universities.The findings reveal that: human resource foundation,scientific and technological innovation capability,thedepthof industry-university-research colaboration,governmentsupport intensity,regional economic foundation,and regional industrial structure are the antecedent variables for improving the transformation effciency of scientific and technological achievements in collges and universities;the transformation eficiencyofscientific and technologicalachievements inLiaoning's colleges and universities is jointlyaffectedbytechnologicalorganizational,andenvironmentalfactors;thehigh-efficiencyconfiguration paths for the transformation include two types, namely market-driven and economic-puled type and industry-university-research collaboration-led type,while the non-high-efficiency paths are characterized bymulti-dimensional support deficiency typeand human resource and regional industry dual deficiency type.The research conclusions provide a theoretical basis and practical paths for colleges.
