Abstract:ComprehensivemanagementofrenovationwasteisaweaklinkintheconstructionwastemanagementefortsinXi'anThis paperinvestigatesandnalesthegeneationndresouceutlationstatusofrenovationasteacross19districtsouties）nddevelopmentzonesineithoughoiteurendsatisaldataAditioallyitsstematicallyxaminstessseouedn theprocessofresourceutilizationofrenovatiowaste.Tersultsidicatethateaualgeneratioofrenovationasteinthecityranges from2.68millitonst.97millontons，rimarilonsistingofinorganiconmetalicmaterialsuchasoncrete，oaand cement.Resourceutilzoneterprises（projects）forenovationwasteareotoperatingatfullcapacity，eneralfacingchllngs suchaisuntaatealserutilddctiopacityiedsoueltiofecyloratioaled poor product sales.Based on these findings，corresponding countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.
