Abstract:Inordertoconformtothedevelopmentconceptofgrnenvironmentalprotection,theinfluenceofthegassolidtwophaseflowconveingsysemonthetreamentefencyintetreamentofuegaspolutantsisnalydwitcoresponingoatins proposed.Byestablishingtheexperimentaldeviceofthegas-solidtwo-phaseflowconveyingsystemandsimulatingtheexperimental samplesbasedonvariouscomponentscontaindinthefueaspolltants,theresultsoftetreatmenteficiencyofthegas-solidtwo phaseflowconveyingsystemforfluegaspolutantsunderdiferentparameterseretestedandrecordedBasedontheexperimentaldata, theinfluencerelationshipbetweenparameterssuchastheelbowratioandthetreatmenteficiencyoffluegaspolutantswasnalyzed. With the optimized parameters of the elbow ratio of 6.25,the gas flow rate of 0.3kg/s ,the conveying distance of 1m were obtained.Undertheoptimizedparameters,thesystem'streatmenteficiencyforfluegaspolutantshasbensignificantlyimproved.Thetreatmentof polltant components is more thorough,and the treatment effect has been effectively enhanced.
