Abstract:Strong windscauseinstantaneousfluctuations inpollutantconcentrationsduetosudden windspeedchanges,complicating featureextractio.Tus,amethodforextractingatmosphericpollutantconcentrationchangefeaturesunderstrongwindsisproposed. Continuousmonitoringwithparticulatematermonitorsensuresdatatemporalcontiuityinthestudyarea.Thecharacteriticsfhanges inatmospherclltatoneaosealduingarpactc,arsooelaiooesdcwade tory models.Research shows that strong winds accentuate PM10 concentration increases; PM2.5 and PM10 peak in winter. 03 and SO2 are highest in summer,lower inautumnand winter.Under strong winds,commercial and industrial areas have higher PM10 , PM2.5 ,and industrial S02 ,but lower O3 .Residential areas have lower PM10 , PM2,5 , SO2 ,and higher O3 :
