Abstract:Thewastegasgeneratedduringthepyrolysisprocessofhazardouswasteinthechemicalindustrycontainsorganicandinorganicpolltatswithplexndderseltantcomponts,akingtiulttotrol.refor,earchsouctedote polutantcompositioncharacteristicsndpreventiontchnologiesofhazardouswastepyrolysisastegasinthechemicalindustryCollct pyrolysiswastegasgeneratedbythreediferentchemicalenterprisesassamples,andusetwodetectionechques,gaschromatogaphy andatomicabsotionspectrometer,toeteteoltatompoetsinteastesObtaitecompositioofompoentsdplu tionconcentrationbasedonthetestresultsForexaustgas,asprayabsorptionactivatedcarbonadsorptionprocessisdopedforeep treatment.The results showed that the three chemical enterprises achieved aremoval rate of over 90% in treating pyrolysis waste gas pollutants,indicating that the prevention and control technology has a good ffect.
