Spatial and Temporal Distribution Characteristics of Atmospheric Particulate Matter Mass Concentration in Areas with Frequent Strong Winds

Abstract:TakingBayingolinMongolianAutonomousPrefectureinXinjangastheresearcharea,thisstudyexploresthespatiotempo raldistributioncharacteristicsofatmospericparticulatematermassconcentrationinareaswithfrequentstrongwinds.Byitegating groundmonitoring,remotesensing,and meteorological data,the studyreveals thespatiotemporaldistributionpattrnof PM2.5/PM10 .Research has shown thatthe time distribution is“high duringthe dayandlowat night”,with peaksoccuring between 9:00-18:00(PM2.5 (204 reaching 97.3 and PM10 reaching 173.2).The concentration is highest in winter( PM2.5 at 63.9and PM10 at 214.1)and lowest in summer.Thespatialdisrbutionisgativelyoelatedihvegetationoverge,decreasingwiticreasingaltiudeheonetatiois highestat thesouthern desert edge( PM2,5 is 65.7, PM10 is 204.2).Thevertical distributionhas the highest ground concentration PM2.5 (20 is 92.4, PM10 is 85.3).The influence of wind speed is non-linear:the concentration is highestat low wind speeds of 0-1.5m/s ,and decreasesfirstandthenincreaseswithincreasingwindsped.Thisstudyrevealsthecomplexdynamicmechanismofparticulatematter pollution in areas with strong winds.
