Abstract  This article reviewed the definition of central sensitization and the research status，adverse outcomes，assessment tools，influencing factors，and intervention strategies of central sensitization in patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain.Its aimed at providing reference for implementing targeted intervention measures for patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain.
