急危重症科室低年资护士心理灵活性现状及影响因素分析

Abstract Objective:To investigate status quo of psychological flexibility for junior nurses in emergency and critical care departments and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:257 junior nurses in emergency and critical care departments in a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanchang city were selected as the subjects of the survey from June,2021 to October,2021.The survey was carried out with general information questionnaire,Acceptance and Action Questionnaire 2nd Edition(AAQ⁃Ⅱ),and ConCognitive Fusion Questionnaire⁃Fusion(CFQ⁃F).Results:The total score of AAQ⁃Ⅱjunior nurses in emergency and critical care departments was 26.226±7.862,and the total score of CFQ⁃F was 34.000±9.638.The results of linear regression analysis showed that the place of birth,education level and department liking were the main influencing factors of acceptance and action(P<0.05),and gender,place of birth,education level and department liking were the main influencing factors of cognitive fusion(P<0.05).Conclusions:The level of psychological flexibility of junior nurses in emergency and critical care departments is low.Nursing managers should take targeted intervention measures according to the influencing factors of psychological flexibility to improve the psychological flexibility of junior nurses in emergency and critical care departments.
